Experience Law in Action—Right at the Heart of ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµâ€™s Government.
Want a behind-the-scenes look at the legal and legislative world? Don’t miss the Juneau Pre-Law Immersion Trip Information Session on Wednesday, September 17 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in Gruening 503H (or join via Zoom). This exciting opportunity gives ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ students a chance to apply for a four-day pre-law experience in Juneau this February, where all in-town expenses are covered.
A collaboration between ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ, UAA, and UAS, the program includes observing real-time legislative sessions, attending ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ Supreme Court oral arguments, touring the Capitol, meeting legislators, and even connecting with the Chief Justice of the ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ Supreme Court. This info session will explain how the program works and how to apply.
Applications are due September 30 and space is limited—so don’t miss your chance to step inside ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµâ€™s legal system.
