Steve Jacobson has devoted his life to three Yupik languages: Central ÃÛèÖÊÓƵn Yup'ik (CAY), Central Siberian Yupik (CSY), and Naukanski Yupik, a language linguistically quite intermediate between CAY and CSY. Jacobson has published not only grammars but also dictionaries of all three Yupik languages.

Steve Jacobson's new edition of the Central ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ Yupik contains at least 11,000 expanded entries.
