Week’s event: Bagpipe music with Red Hackle Pipe Band

University of ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning is hosting more than 40 free lectures, concerts and events this summer. Here is what’s happening during the week of July 3-9:

• The Tall Timbers, Healthy Living and Discover ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ series are on hiatus this week.
• On Thursday, July 7, the Music in the Garden concert series will feature the Red Hackle Pipe band playing traditional and modern bagpipe music at 7 p.m. at ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ’s Georgeson Botanical Garden.
